Boiler Servicing
At De Gas we are focused on safety and quality, We carry out all servicing and annual safety inspections to the highest standards using the latest safety equipment. All Boiler Manufacturers including Vaillant, Ferroli, Baxi and Worcester Bosch recommend servicing boilers at least every 12 months. If this is not carried out it may invalidate your warranty and home insurance, it is also a legal requirement for Landlords and some home-owners i.e. apartments in blocks to be inspected annually and a landlords certificate provided.
We have been providing gas boiler servicing and maintenance in the Belfast/Newtownabbey/Lisburn/Antrim areas for numerous years.
Our boiler servicing will include:
- Gas leak test
- Safety inspection of all equipment
- Value for money – Make sure your boiler isn’t using too much gas….
- Replacement/ advice of any boiler components that are faulty or nearing end of their life
- Presentation with gas service/maintenance safety certificate including print-out of flue gas analysis report.
Put quite simply – servicing your boiler annually saves you money and gives you peace of mind.
Regular boiler maintenance also minimizes the risks of carbon monoxide poisoning, but we recommend that you have a CO Detector fitted for each solid fuel burning appliance in your home.
As part of our service we may also give advice and recommend system and control upgrades to help keep your boiler and heating system working effectively & efficiently – helping to keep your fuel bills to a minimum and protect the environment.
